1.The meter reading, days & timings are calculated from our office to office.
2. For outstation trips, minimum 250 kms per day to be covered, otherwise the same will be charged.
3. Please settle the account soon after the trip with the driver / office.
4. Driver's bata extra. For outstation trips driver bata per day is Rs.150/- to 250/- depending on the type of cars, up to 10.pm. If the vehicle is driven after 10.00pm, bata will be Rs.300/- to 500/- instead of Rs. 150/- or 250/-
5. Day is calculated as per Calendar date.
6 Outstation usage and local usage will be considered separate. After taking the vehicle for outstation purpose, and after returning back to city, the same package (normally there may be some unused time/kilometers) will not be valid for the local usage. Separate local package charge will be applicable for the city usage.
7. The parking charges, State entry tax if any are payable by the customer.
